1. Service Estimates & Authorizations

All repair quotes provided online or verbally are preliminary estimates based on customer-provided symptoms. Final written authorizations are issued following in-person computerized diagnostics and mechanical inspection.

No major mechanical work exceeding the initial authorized estimate will commence without the vehicle owner's explicit written or electronic consent.

2. Parts & Workmanship Warranty

Genuine OEM parts installed by Samco Automotives carry manufacturer warranty terms. Major mechanical and engine overhauls are accompanied by our 12-month / 20,000 km workmanship guarantee.

Warranties are voided if the vehicle is subjected to competitive track racing, unauthorized aftermarket tampering, or fluid starvation outside of recommended service intervals.

3. Vehicle Collection & Payment Terms

Completed vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of notification unless prior storage arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Payment in full is required upon vehicle handover. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank wire transfers, and cash in UAE Dirhams (AED).

4. Limitation of Liability

While vehicles are maintained in our 24/7 CCTV-monitored secure facility, owners are advised to remove personal valuables prior to drop-off. Samco Automotives is not liable for loose personal property left inside vehicles.
